I want to add effects to the software on my computer.
In the past, the 7 version of the software that was simple, take over the site and it opens straight to the software itself.
Now it just takes me to file such a weird and even if I change the extension to his DZM it still does not work for me and not updated the software.

There is already a discussion on this in the "How do I . . ." forum.

Not 100% sure, but I THINK you have to have PowerDirector running when
you download it.

Open you PD software and click on the Pip Room, or the Particles room.
You will see the first Icon on that page is the "Download" link.
Click on that and download the desired effect. This has generally worked for me.
