burning failed! error code: a0000006

AHHHH I purchased the Power Director 8 and have burning failed! error code: a0000006. Have not been able to use it becuase of it. I have over a months of work to do and NO one has emailed me back. Why can you post the patch or tell someone how to fix this!!! Please SOMEONE help me

How about some more information on what you were doing, selection and on your system? Ok, I know the burn, but it's what were the selections made, the content... the whole lot needs to be given.
