I have a 60 min DV film that I want to encode into 6 x 10 min sections at the best quality using the least amount of MB... Any suggestions?

Hi Aaron -

It really depends what you intend to do with the files - play them on your PC, HD Media Player, stream them, burn to DVD???

It's difficult to answer without knowing that.
