This was my first recepie video after I've watched a how-to video about the Hungarian Cake, Dobos Torta. The specialty about it is on the top: it's caramel, beautiful, sweet and dangerous! For years I haven't had enough courage to get down to it, but I got a special caramel-cutter from a friend, so I had no time to lose. Found some pretty good instructions, and putting my own ideas into it, I've created the cake in a couple of hours, with documenation. Luckily making a cake is all about repetition, so it is fairly easy to film it, and not that bad in the editing room either. Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector
