Boxing Day at Seaburn, Sunderland, will never be the same! Over 750 hardy souls braved the cold North Sea for a few moments to help raise many thousands of pounds for charities., what a way to celebrate this time of the year! the rain never gave up all day but the brave folk ignored the weather just to be beside the sea for a short while. Hot drinks and hot soup was served to the survivors in the Seaburn Centre.
