「KENPOKU ART 2016 茨城県北芸術祭」の概要説明会が、２月１５日、水戸市内のホテルで開催されました。橋本知事は、「県北地域は人口減少が進んでいるが、岡倉天心や横山大観が活躍した場であり、アートを通じて活性化につなげたい」と語りました。
