I applied the Painting effect from PowerDirector's photo editor (PhotoNow). The style seems a bit too much in this slideshow, but you can adjust it with the slider. On some images I adjusted contrast, brightness and saturation, to exaggerate some of the colors so they would look more like a painting.

Nice photo slideshow. What did you do to create the "oil painting effect" of those photos?
