My DG-1000 broke a prop, then the motor unit snapped in flight. This airplane has been crashed a few times, so the prop was likely damaged already. I caught it on film using my GoPro Hero HD cam. The idea was to capture some evening footage, and I got a lot more than that...darn it! It will definitely fly again, but I will have to be creative now. Perhaps a permanent pod up top and make it a camera platform instead of a sailplane? Could be the ticket! Produced with CyberLink PowerDirector
