I video was shot in one of Sagada's panoramic spots where most tourists (local and foerign) often go to watch the sunrise mostly at 5:30 in the morning. During clear weather, as the sun rises, the early morning beams are directly pointing at the scenic KILTEPAN RICE TERRACES. KILTEPAN stands for the three barangay of the town namely: Kilong, Tetep-an and Amtadao. Selected Participants of the Sagada School of Living Traditions joined some tourists in welcoming Mr. Sweet Sunrise. It is one way of promoting cultural tourism and preserving culture and nature.
