Today was the hotest day of the year (2012) so far, anytime it hits 90 in June in North East Wisconsin, is HOT! Rather than heat the kitchen even more with cooking, I took the chance to do beef ribs on the grill. The basic idea was good, but I over cooked the ribs, they were a bit charred. I need to do this more to learn to regulate the temperature better, and that I should take the ribs off the fire a bit sooner. The flavor, where it was not burned, was good, so I think it is a matter of getting the technique right. Comments, constructive criticism, etc, is always welcome.
