Roasting Red & Yellow peppers on the grill and making a pepper, onion and basalmic vinegar salad. Recipe from "How to Grill" by Steven Raichlen. 5 or 6 bell peppers 1 clove garlic (chopped) 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon basalmic vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 tablespoons EVOO 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley or sliverd fresh basil 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts (optional)
