Heavy rain this morning and blustery winds this afternoonresulted in a tee down across the right of way just east of the 240th Street crossing of CP rail's Cascade sub. Shortly before, a load of containers bound for the Vancouver Intermodal Facility, cleared the location. Moments before the tree fell, the camera was running, but not AS the tree fell. The foreman working on the crossovers called in for some help, who arrived very shortly to begin clearing the track.
