After a recent wave of violent crime in Baltimore City, West Baltimore's Gilmor Homes housing project determined to find beauty in the midst of so much grief and despair. At All Cost Ministries accompanied residents of this wearied community in finding the hope in God's love and beauty despite such tragic circumstances surrounding the city. The following footage was taken during a day especially designated for beautification and rejuvenation in Gilmor Homes.
