毎年。9月1日から3日まで、富山県八尾町ではおわら節が町内に響き渡ります。観光客が殆ど帰った深夜には、おわら本来の姿を取り戻します。亡くななった人々を偲んで町流しがおこなわれます。　三味線と胡弓の音色に､走馬燈のように成り、昔を思い出しては・・哀愁の曲､胡弓の音色には涙が流れます。
