Keith, Thanks. Yes, when using PD's uploader, you are asked to give Cyberlink "privileges". Some folks don't like this new request. I don't either. I've clicked YES a couple of times and have not experienced any ill effects. I think (as Cyberlink is in Taiwan), the word... "Manage" is perhaps just a poor translation. "Manage" is more aptly simply a request for "Permission" to do an individual "One Time" upload via the PD uploader. It's more of an "Allow" request than an account "Manage"
