Playford Council plays Russian Roulette with roads and cars

Creator's Description

The City of Playford in South Australia is playing Russian Roulette using narrow roads and rsidents cars. In a gross lie that people would have to be really dumb to believe, the coucil has turfed out free-all-day- parking by hospital staff and replaced this with timed 3-hour parking. The logic used by the council is that this will reduce road traffic congestion and improve safety! However, not only are the roads too narrow for both 2 way traffic and parking lanes with the resultb that residents have to drive on the wrong side of the road, the real reason for the switch is that the council can pick up millions of dollars each year in timed parking fees and parking fines. How's that for gross?
