This is the best Fried Rice you will ever taste. Simple and delicious. Took me a couple of months to perfect this recipe. Remember you have to let the rice sit out a while in a bowl or cookie sheet. Spread out the rice to help it cool down and dry even faster. Add the dry ingredients to taste. If you like it salty, add a little more of the dry mixture.
