HELP! My 06 Ninja 500 is bogging down!

Bike was running great, except the clutch was slipping at 8K. I put in a new clutch kit, OEM clutch cable, and shotry levers. The clutch works great, But after one mile, it started bogging at 4K RPM. Carbs were just done before I bought 2 months ago. It has 18,000 miles. Need some Ideas.
