This is a follow up video of Ken Burns Effect - AKA Pan and Zoom using PowerDirector 15, which was based on still images. For videos in Power Director 15 you have to use a tool called Power Tools -- Crop and Zoom to get the Pan and Zoom effect equivilant to the one you would use on still images. To see a better use of the Ken Burns effect you should really watch the first video.
