Need a quick cardio to help burn the calories. Quit wasting time doing long jogs, which has been proven to be one of the least effective ways to burn calories and loose fat. Instead do some sprints. This High Intensity Interval Training workout will cut back on your workout times so you can spend time with the family, or just enjoy the rest of your day. What you will need is at least 2 markers. Either cones, water bottles, rags etc. Place one at a starting point and place another one 300 feet away. To measure 300 feet, just walk healt to toe to about 300 feet and you will be close enough. Or just measure out 300 feet. The workout: Sprint 300 feet. The walk or Jog back is your rest. Need motivation, maybe have your kids chase you and threaten to hit you with some plastic swords?
