Looking to do a quick chest and back work out? If you have 15 minutes, a backpack, 2 rags, a bench or chair, and a pull up bar, we have you covered. In this video I will show you a quick 15 minute round robin style workout, where you will hit muscle failure and burn fat. Equipment Needed: Weighted Back Pack or Ruck Sack Bench or Chair 2 rags or pieces of cloth 1 Pull Up bar Exercises: 15 Min round Robin 1) Weighted Push Ups, 10 reps per set 2) Pull Ups, 3-5 reps per set 3) Weighted Inclinded Push Ups, 10 reps per set 4) Sliding Lat Pulls, 5-10 reps per set 5) Weighted Declinded Push Ups, 10 reps per set 6) Back Extensions, 10 Reps per set 7) Sliding Flies, 5-10 reps per set 8) Bent Over Rows, 10 reps per set Do as many sets as possible in 15 minutes.
