Hey Guys, today's video isn't a workout video but an update on Peak Fitness for the Next week or Two. Due to the possibility of Hurricane Irma we will be putting our videos on the back burner until the storm either passes or is no longer a threat. Our Focus is on getting our homes and families preped for the Hurricane. We urge all those who live on the coast and in Florida to prep as well. As well as our hearts and prayers go out to those accected by Hurricane Harvey. Thanks and we will be seeing you all again once things settle back down.
