In Today's video I will be going over another 2 In 10 workout series, and today we are talking about shoulders. I show you 2 exercises you can do in 10 minutes to get a good shoulder workout, so that way, if you are in a pinch for time, you can still get a good workout in. I will be going over L-Raise Rotations, and Bent over Delt Flys and the Alternate Face Pull. Give this workout a shot, and let us know how it went!
