In today's video I will be going ove a quick arm workout you can do both at home and the gym. If you are working out at home, all you will need is a resistance band or tubing. If you are at a gym, you will need a pair of dumbells and a bench. At home I will be going over the standing spider curl and tricep kick backs. At the Gym I will be going over the inclined dumbell curl and kick backs. So if you are in a pinch for time and need to get a quick workout in, this video is for you. It will take only 10 min to get a good, hard , and intense arm workout. Equipment Needed: Home Resistance band or tubing Equipment Needed: Gym Bench Pair of Dumbells
