In today's video I will be doing another 2 in 10 workout, and we will be focusing on Chest and Triceps. So if you are at home all you will need is a resistance band or tubing, Gym goers, the cable machines. I will be discussing hte cable cross-overs for our chest and the Close Grip Press for our triceps. Equipment Needed: Resistance band or tubing Gym Equipment: Cable Machine
