In Today's video, I show you a quick 5 minute, intense, After burn workout, that you can do after a workout. No equipment is needed except something to track your time, and a road. You will be doing 30 sprints, followed by a 30 second rest, for 5 minutes total. Can't do 30 second sprints, then do a 20 second or 15 second sprint with a 40-45 second rest. The Goal is to work up to 30 seconds. This will help increase the fat burning process and calories burning process for up to 48 hours, increase your human growth hormone, Testosterone, and Insuline Growth Factor 1.
