This information is coming right from Epson from a phone call that took for ever to get someone. But after I did, they were very nice to help me. But keep in mind, that it is important that the heads of your printer is set for the right media., or you will wreck the heads on your printer. The ones I have on my printer are brand new. They had to be replaced because I did not know better to raise the heads for canvas. I never new you had to do so, untill a friend of mine told me, and by that time it was to late.
