Bizerba VS12F Carriage Shaft and Bushing Replacement

Creator's Description

In Today's video I will show you guys how to remove and replace the carriage shaft and Bushing from a Bizerba VS12F Meat Slicer. It's very similar to the SE12 or GSPH slicers, but in my opinion, it's easier. However, usually these slicers are used in Meat departments or butcher shops and are way more disgusting, so you may wan to wear gloves! Tools Needed: 5mm Allen Wrench 6mm Allen Wrench Hammer 5/16 x 1 1/16 bushing driver (can use sockets) 1 x 1 1/8 Bushing Driver (can use sockets) T20 Torx screw driver Flat Head Screw Driver Emery Cloth or sand paper (to clean the carriage shaft housing) Channel Locks (If the old carriage shaft sticks, this will help remove it) Parts: Bushings 38004689000 (Need 2) Shock Absorber Sleeve 60370102500 Shock Absorber 60370102400 Carriage Shaft 60810102101 Spring 50275150000 "Don't Hose" Sticker 60544808100
