Welcome a new auditor into the fold with this audit. North Idaho Exposed was submitting a FOIA request and decided to do a 1st amendment audit of the Coeur D'Alene Police Department. Initially this audit went fine. That all changed when North Idaho Exposed went outside to do the audit. It started with just one officer but ended with 5 different officers surrounding him before they gave up. Then they followed him for several blocks to try to detain him for something.
