As we detailed in a recent video a Spokane Country Sheriff's Deputy and a Spokane Police officer were involved in a officer involved shooting 3-12-18. The victim was shot as he was reaching for a blanket. The officers said they thought they saw the butt of a rifle under the blanket. That incident is a stark reminder that we need to always film the police to hold them accountable.
