Coorg is the coffee capital of India; the coffee finds its roots in Coorg all way from the British period. A pleasant weather adds another crown to beautiful Coorg. Surprisingly, even after rapid urbanization in India, Coorg landscape is dotted with more green patches then concrete jungle. This could have been possible due to the local population of Coorg or popularly known as Kodavas preserving the most precious of Mother Nature to humankind.
