In today's video I show you how to install the new CC10 retro-kit controllers for a Giles fryer. This can be done on the GEF-400,560.720 fryers. I perform this on a GEF-720 3ph 208 volt unit. Please make sure to disconnect the power before performing this work. NOTE: This repair was done at a smaller local non-chain grocery store that was once a chain store.
