多摩川の支流の中でも最大といわれる秋川。あきる野市から檜原村に及ぶ全長約20kmほどを「秋川渓谷」と呼んでいます。新緑、紅葉など四季折々に表情を変える景色は見ごたえたっぷりです。この時期ではまだまだ紅葉が始まっていませんが、もう少ししたら綺麗な景色が見れます。
