Awesome youtuber Rootberry came to RUNNY's today and ordered some healthy vegetable dishes. You can use left-over vegetables or whatever you have in your fridge. If you buy any vegetables, you'd better use them all :) Ingredients (Serving 1-2) : Some minced garlic (適量にんにく微塵切り) : Some minced ginger (適量しょうが微塵切り) : Cabbage (3 leaves) (キャベツ3枚ほど) : 1/2 sliced onion (たまねぎ半分くらい) : 1/2 carrot (にんじん半分くらい) : 3 green bell pepper (ピーマン3個) : 150g -200g non-fat chicken(皮無し鶏肉150g~) Ingredients for seasoning sauce : 2 tbsp sake (大2お酒) : 1 tbsp chicken stock powder (大1鶏がらスープの素) : 1 tsp oyster sauce (小1 オイスターソース) : 1 tsp soy sauce or mentsuyu (小1しょうゆ or めんつゆ) Today's customer at RUNNY's Check out thire channel.
