In The Kitchen With Virginia Quiche & Mex Chicken Casserole

Creator's Description

Spinach, Ham and Sausage Quiche 1 pound Italian Sausage (or Turkey to save on calories) 4 oz Chopped Ham 7 oz Frozen Spinach thawed 1 small onion 4 oz can of green chilies (or more to taste) 5 eggs 1 cup heavey cream (you could sub reg milk or low fat milk - but it will not be as rich and creamy) 1 cup water 5 oz Cheddar Cheese (you could sub lower fat cheese) Ground sausage in skillet and spread on bottom of a oven safe container Mix hin ham Layer spinach, then onion and green chilies mix together eggs, cream and water and pour over ingredients Top with Cheedar Cheese Place in a preheated oven set to 350 degrees for 50 mins (check at 40mins for your oven, cheese should be melted and looked crusty and eggs should be done) Let set to cool a bit and to solidify before serving about 15-20 mins. Enjoy!
