Use this PowerDirector Effect as to "reveal" a video or photo. This is a sheet of paper with a hole torn in the middle. The PiP makes the hole larger until the entire video (or photo) is revealed. Get really slick and add a rotation! See my PowerDirector effects named "Paper Tear Reveal".
