The Voluntary Protection Program Participants’ Association Inc. (VPPPA) held the 2011 annual meeting of its membership in New Orleans, Louisiana from 28 August through 1 September at the New Orleans Convention Center. Over 3,000 members attended this major event. Elections were held for the VPPPA Board of Directors, specifically, for the position of Director-at-Large. J.A. Rodriguez Jr. proudly competed and campaigned for this prestigious position and was decisively elected by the VPPPA membership on Wednesday, 31 August 2011 as the newest member of the Board of Directors.
