I disabled the audio on track 1 (front forward camera) and used the audio from track 2. Once I got the two tracks in sync, I would select both and hit multisplit to cut them together. While editing, I had each camera in the preview take up only a 1/4 of the screen so I could decide on which camera view to use. For the sections where I used track 1, I would ungroup the audio/video from track 2 and delete just the video. When I wanted track 2, I just let it cover up the video from track 1.
