新買的GEE義式咖啡機與901N磨豆機，目前正在測試最佳比例與參數。此次是烘焙好約10天的義式豆，用901N以刻度3磨出，GEE設定預浸皆為2秒，萃取時間28秒，萃取溫度94度，填壓算比較重的填壓了，出來的Crema還好，但不到我的期望，似乎還有調整空間。
